LA PRODUCTION DE LA CHAUX (HYDRAULIQUE NATURELLE)<\/h3>\n

La pierre calcaire provient de la r\u00e9gion des Dolomites en Italie, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de la vall\u00e9e de Trente. L\u2019extraction se fait \u00e0 cinq endroits diff\u00e9rents dans les environs du village Tassullo. Depuis plus de 200 ans on y creuse dans les montagnes \u00e0 la recherche de pierre calcaire de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Combustion<\/strong> dans<\/strong> le<\/strong> four<\/strong> \u00e0<\/strong> chaux<\/strong><\/p>\n

La pierre calcaire est ensuite br\u00fbl\u00e9e dans un four \u00e0 chaux \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature entre 800 et 1200 \u00b0C. Par gravit\u00e9 il y aura d\u00e9j\u00e0 un premier refroidissement et broyage \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur-m\u00eame du four.<\/p>\n

En sortant du four on veillera \u00e0 utiliser uniquement une quantit\u00e9 minimale d\u2019eau, afin de ne pas compromettre le broyage.<\/p>\n

Ce stockage peut durer plusieurs mois et permet de donner suffisamment de temps \u00e0 l\u2019extinction de la chaux. Une fois que la chaux en poudre est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature basse elle sera soit emball\u00e9e comme liant (FEN XA ou B-Fluid XA), soit utilis\u00e9e pour les pr\u00e9parations des mortiers pr\u00eat-\u00e0-l\u2019emploi (la gamme UNILIT).<\/p>\n

Etant donn\u00e9 la r\u00e9action latente des mortiers \u00e0 la chaux, il est important \u00e0 tout moment que la chaux puisse rester en contact avec le CO2<\/sub>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong> du<\/strong> mortier<\/strong> sur<\/strong> chantier<\/strong><\/p>\n

On pr\u00e9pare le mortier sur chantier en m\u00e9langeant la poudre avec de l\u2019eau propre. La r\u00e9action hydraulique commence \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, et dure encore pendant quelques jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019application. En se rigidifiant il y a de la chaux libre qui se forme, qui subira une deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9action\u00a0: la carbonatation.<\/p>\n
